Dennis A. Francl

Vice President, Employer Services

From 2005 to September 2010, Dennis A. Francl was Director of Corporate Development for the First Financial Group of America, a privately held marketing, sales and administration firm focused primarily on the K-12 market segment. He pioneered the company's entry into the acquisition market establishing an immediate major market share in the Southeastern United States. Also a key member of the field sales management team, Mr. Francl developed and managed an award winning sales team that significantly exceeded projections over a two year period.

Prior to his work with First Financial, Mr. Francl spent twenty years at American Fidelity Assurance, a privately held insurance carrier and manufacturer of life, health and financial products with primary focus on the public schools market place. He began his career as a sales consultant and advisor, and in 1987 was promoted to area sales manager with field sales responsibilities for three offices and 40 sales representatives.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Francl served as National Sales Director, Brokerage Development within the Educational Services Division where he led alternative marketing and sales efforts through third party alliances and agreements. His efforts resulted in new market development and expansion through the introduction of voluntary benefits and tax advantaged programs serving the K-12 public education market. In 1993, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Special Market Development and was instrumental in developing and expanding market share through broker and strategic marketing and sales alliances on a national scale.

Mr. Francl received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Prior to beginning his business career, he served in the United States Marine Corps and is a decorated combat veteran. He is active in autism awareness and other special education initiatives.
