Patrick Simonds joined U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP) in January 2022 as Chief Revenue Officer. His primary responsibilities include leading sales and distribution, working directly with Partner Firms to drive the company’s sales growth strategies, and overseeing USRBP’s Benefits segment.
Prior to joining USRBP, Patrick was a Managing Director and Resident Sales Leader for Aon in New York, where he was responsible for developing and executing all growth-related strategies across Commercial Insurance, Wealth, and Employee Benefit solutions. He spent a significant amount of time working with Private Equity funds and their Portfolio Companies to ensure effective risk transfer strategies.
Patrick’s career began in New York with Aon’s National Property Practice where he was responsible for placement and servicing of large Fortune 500 clients. In 2015, he assumed the role as Aon’s Property Practice Leader in San Francisco where he led his group to significant growth over his three-year tenure in the role.
Patrick received a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Colgate University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University, Stern School of Business.
